Craft Breweries in Grand Haven

Burzurk Brewing Co. Brewery • $
1442 Washington Ave, Grand Haven

“A nice friendly neighborhood brewery. We stopped in on a Friday evening and the place was pretty crowded. Fortunately there was one empty table. I had the Bloom cider and it was very good, probably one of my favorites. My husband had a flight The Banana Stand, a pale ale, the banana was not overpowering, Pumpkin Cheesecake a smoothie sour , the Creeper and a few others. All were very good and the bar had a cool atmosphere . There was a food truck out front since they do not serve food.“

“Stopped in with my wife for some beers after a walk to the beach…best part of my whole day. John the bartender was an amazing guy and the beer… called Firefly…is without a doubt the best suds I’ve ever consumed. Highly recommend this establishment for a refreshing and friendly diversion from this stress-filled world.“

“I hadn't been to Odd Side Ales in years, so Nate and I stopped in and had a drink while visiting the area recently. The space is large and great for groups, with plenty of communal seating and a huge bar. They have some games available an we saw people playing cards. They have 50+ taps with all types of beer. They also serve hard slushees, wine, cider, and seltzers. We sat at the bar and had great service. Nate got a flight and I got a mimosa beer that was refreshing and delicious. The flight is always our go-to when visiting a new brewery or one we haven't been to in awhile. Nate liked all the tastes he got and I really enjoyed some of the darker specialty stouts. They don't serve food at Odd Side Ales, but you're welcome to bring food in or you can order directly from several of their local restaurant partners nearby, then they'll deliver right to your table. Odd Side Ales also houses the Side Bar coffee counter that serves lattes, hot chocolate, coffee, and smoothies and shakes. This is a family-friendly spot that seems to have something for everyone! I look forward to visiting whenever I'm in the area.“

Grand Armory Brewing Company Brewery • $$
17 S 2nd St, Grand Haven

“A very cool brewery in downtown Grand Haven - it's one of my favorite spots. It has a chill vibe and a ton of hand-crafted beers on tap with a ton of variety. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Usually will have a soloist or small group playing live music after 7pm most nights. An awesome BBQ restaurant is in the building as well and can order right from your table. Highly recommend!“
