“Parking: There is a parking lot for Culver’s customers only behind the drive thru. It’s decently size, but can’t fit everyone. They have a few spots near the entrance that are handicapped and mobile pick. The entire parking lot is a mess though due to other business. It’s difficult to back out of the spots at the entrance due to cars zooming by.“

“The Grand Haven Burger King has been doing a great job in the mornings. I get fresh food everytime and they are friendly to me and my Grandaughter Gracie. Manager always says hi gracie. So, I really appreciate all of the team members who work in the morning at Burger King in Grand Haven! Mabe they can make G.H. B.K the training store for West Michigan. I know my French toast sticks will be delicious! THANK YOU!

“Our family of 6 came for Frostys. There was no line, no one ahead of us, and it took longer than normal to get our order through and get our items. They forgot one of our frostys, so we had to wait for it, and none of which were the consistency they normally are. The frostys were very soupy. The location is ideal to our area, but after our last encounter, we will no longer go to this location for any of our frostys.“

“Me , my mom and my brother went here after spending the day saying goodbye to a loved one at the hospital , the waitress came to take our order and immediately asked how our day was, two out of us still had hospital passes on, and she noticed, she was so nice, so friendly and gave our table special attention, I wish I would have spoke to the manager on duty to let him know . If she reads this, it was out of town in Muskegon, Michigan location.“

“At the time we were sat the restaurant was busy so I thought it was understandable that out server didn't visit our table immediately. After sitting there for roughly fifteen minutes the server stopped and took our drink and food orders. After another 15 minutes we had yet to receive our drinks, just two waters, so I flagged down another staff member who was bussing the table behind us and asked if she would be able to get us some waters because our server was busy with a big table. She brought us our waters and went to see if our food was ready when she returned she informed us that our server had never put our order in. She made sure that it was submitted and we got our food shortly afterwards. The busser displayed amazing customer service skills and was apologetic for a mistake that wasn't even her own. I don't recall our server ever actually apologizing. Ended up tipping the busser instead of our server because she actually is the one who ended up doing everything. Food was good, our waiter was bad, the busser was amazing and saved the day.“

“Jack was an awesome server! He really was the bees knees! The steak wasn’t cooked all the way through, but that’s not his fault. He gave us everything we needed and was kind the whole time.
