“For little Caesers its my 3rd favorite location. I have kids so i use little caesers multiple times a month. The owners before covid where the best owners of grand ledge. Thats when this location was 5 stars across the board. The people working the cash register dont listen that well. Just to give a heads up. Your order might not be complete.“

I and not going to give you a negative review but I don’t have issues with food I ordered last night.

Driver says they were here when I came out to where the food drop is for my work building. The food was nowhere to be found. I order food from you guy almost once a month for a couple year now for my team i know is not the wing snob and this is the first time happen.

I never got this food. $80 orders. Please help

“Stopped in for a chicken sandwich. It came out and I cut it in half to handle it better and immediately noticed raw in the middle. I flagged the bartender and she whisked the plate away to the kitchen for review. After speaking with the manager who wanted to comp my whole meal, drinks and everything I could tell the kitchen was rushed so I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for another one to be made. I could tell everyone involved was mortified and even overheard the bartender saying the manager was letting the kitchen staff have it regarding chicken temp. I cook at home quite a bit so I understand mistakes can be made when you're hurried. Bartender and manager apologized profusely and all was well. I was impressed that they took it seriously and made it right.“

“I have never been so impressed. We ordered 6 large pizzas, a salad and a sub at 11:31am and it was done by 11:54am. That is the fastest I have even experienced at a pizza place. When I arrived the service was amazing, helpful and cheerful. They also had 2 other large orders at the time, which were all done when the customers arrived and all had the same great service. I am super impressed. Thank you!“

“So I ordered a pizza and it wasn’t cooked to how I wanted. I called and called and I kept getting a foreigner and got irritated and had to up there. Miss Keisha (Assistant Manager) took care of me. “The store was INCREDIBLY busy tonight, clearly going through it, all the workers were going nonstop. Despite this, the young woman running the register was very professional and kind and my food looked and tasted AMAZING. They were not letting quality fall to the wayside, very impressed.“

“I don't come here too frequently, but maybe once a month or so. I have never once been disappointed, the food is fresh and on time, always. Every employee I have encountered has been exceptionally nice and meets every standard that someone in customer service should meet.“
