“I stopped by this bar for a drink with a friend, and we happened to get there at a quiet time. It’s a very classy place with an upscale atmosphere, but the bartenders are friendly and down-to-earth. They have some rare drinks on their menu, but their cocktails are approachable and delicious. They don’t seem to water anything down, and the cocktails tend to be strong. I tried two: smooth criminal and lavender blues. I think I preferred lavender blues, it was light and floral, but both drinks were excellent. I’d love to come here again, and I think it’ll be easy to convince my friends once in a while.“

“Mike was the first person who greeted me upon my first time here, he made me feel welcome and is very good at his job. He is the multitask master! Mack is also an honorable mention for being so sweet and kind, as well as good at what they do! This place has started to grow on me because of the service and overall fun atmosphere. “I recently came back to The Woods and noticed they’ve got a completely new staff, and honestly, they really turned the place around. I ordered some wings and a few drinks and everything was fantastic. The vibe feels way better now, and the new staff is awesome, super friendly and on top of things. “Recommend… with qualifiers…the service from the staff, being greeted by the valet staff, front desk staff, concierge, etc was phenomenal! The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable… but… little things like dirty glasses in the bathroom, soap scum around the bathroom faucets, lack of seating (other than one desk chair) in the room is unacceptable in a high-end hotel. Disappointed there was no room service for breakfast or really any real breakfast options… I had better options at the 11 Best Western properties I stayed in during a 2023 two week road trip - full buffets (eggs, omelettes, pancakes, waffles, fruit, juice/milk, toast, bagels etc… INCLUDED as part of my reservation… ) the only breakfast option at the Amway Grand is grab-and-go cr*p… for an additional charge…from the Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Counter… located in the first floor of the hotel… As part of the “Curio Collection” of Hilton, and for the price of the room, I expect better. I never minded paying for room service as it was well worth the convenience,especially when staying for a business conference that has minimal time available to seek other more palatable options…Hotel was much better when run by the Amway company… I’d give the Amway Grand 2.5 stars at the most…“

“Well the Eve doesn't actually serve food... so that's N/A. The atmosphere is extremely clubby if that's your scene. Hormone-infested 21-25 year olds... iykyk. The music is decent with a variety of DJ's. The service is to be expected; strict bouncers, expensive drinks. The drinks are average, but I don't think many people are there for the quality of drinks.“

“Amazing experience and for anyone who’s new to the Cigar world, BOLD gets you well taken care of. Outstanding hospitality, drinks were on point, the staff were absolutely phenomenal in assisting us. The overall atmosphere was just what I was looking for in a nice Cigar lounge.“

“We came to try out the city sen restaurant. My husband had the mushroom goat cheeseburger. He said it was juicy and flavorful --no condiments necessary. I had the beef quesadillas. although this was on the shareable menu, it was quite large enough for me as a meal. The food was good, but it was the little amenities that made it very special --the unique silverware, carafe of ice water and pleasant ambient music in a modern setting made it a very special place for our date. It was fun to people watch through the open air windows. ( they fold close to keep in the AC if needed )Alex the manager shared with us some things we want to come back for, live music, etc. definitely planning to go back!

Wheelchair accessibility: The restrooms are quite large with low sinks and wide stalls. Although they are on the lower level, the elevator is also large and quite quick.“

“We had an awesome time watching football and eating great food at Florentines. You have a good view no matter where you sit. Our waitress, Ashanti, really knew the menu well and made specific recommendations for us. We will be back!“

“Service was unstoppable; until a known regular with a history of causing problems chose to confront me. I noticed him watching the girl’s phone, so I mirrored his gaze. The mirror never lies. I bowed to him with peace in my heart. That’s when the service stopped for me.

I never raised my voice. I didn’t escalate. But I was treated as if I was the issue.

You still get five stars for the work you all do, but I ask sincerely:
Should I come back? Or was clarity the problem all along?“
