I am giving 5 stars because of Norvie who helped me when I needed to place a last minute order for 10 subs for a kids group. While others in the store were spending time talking about how the order could not be done, he said he would take care of the order himself. He was kind and patient. He did not act like it was a problem and he even carried the boxes out to my car. I appreciate his time and concern. Btw, I am not a big fan of subs, so I can't really judge the food....
Norvie and the staff made me feel very welcome and they were very patient and with excellent and great customer service and I will return, A VERY BIG THANK SUBWAY ON 2363 BRETON GRAND RAPIDS MICHIGAN!!!
