Wendy's in Grand Rapids

“Wheelchair accessibility: If you can open doors by yourself then it's wheelchair accessible I'm in a wheelchair and it's a struggle with the doors for me I go out to eat by myself so there's no one with me. I have only had 3 employees that helped me with the doors but sadly only a few times ? and I go there may times and some times I don't go in because of the doors“

“Very yummy food! I always get a frosty and some fries, it's a top tier combo. They have Halloween coupons I used I october to get free frosties, loved that! There is a bit of a long line though during meal hours, gets a little annoying. Usually a 10 minute wait though so it's not that bad I guess.“

“It is not only this location but every Wendys that I went to has the same thing happened. How could you hand out the drink without a straw? Every single time!!! I always have to ask for it which I found annoying. Please have more common sense ??‍♀️ how am I supposed to drink without a straw? Open the lid and slurp it?
Anyway, food is fine, the drink is good, but the employees need to have more common sense and train properly ??“

“I just had a great experience with Chazz at the Notthland Dr location. Ordered food thought we ordered nuggets but got sandwiches instead. However the way that the entire situation was handled was top notch service no questions asked Just took care of and refunded some of the bill and made the nuggets etc. This was a great experience even though it could have been my fault when ordering. This employee took control and handled this with taste and class!!“

“We finally tried their breakfast and gotta say, basic but good. The biscuit ones are definitely the dry style that many franchises do but the sausage was much bigger than McDonald's. It was had an ok kick that my wife thought was spicy. I thought it was just tasty. We also tried the baconator they have and it was pretty good.“

“The orders come out right and they are delicious. I mean it's a fast food chain so it's not going to be anything miraculous but the staff is friendly. They don't care who you are. They just care about serving you. Good Wendy's food. I even bought five of the boo books for a dollar and was able to give it to the laundromat so kids can get free frosties.“

“My family comes to this location for dinner often. The biggie bags are a favorite and so cheap. Today I took my son for a quick lunch before the snow came and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't catch her name but the lady working the counter (my guess is she's the manager) saw an older couple struggling to order on the computer and took their order personally. She proceeded to do the same for the next couple and a third trying to figure out the freestyle machine. I just wanted to say that was awesome to see and great job!“

“Wendy's has a great way of using up their leftover ground beef--they turn it into very good chili. The taco salad includes some chili, a small chili goes great on a bacon cheese baked potato, and so forth. We enjoyed it. If you like chili, so will you.“
