I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Food was good, correct and very fresh. The store was clean and stocked. Fast food has been terrible lately every where I go. I was very satisfied by the service here.
You would think that they’ve been around long enough not to give out cold fries so we had to send our fries back because they were cold. Then I asked for my receipt because I was not offered it and they told me that they did not have receipt paper so they cannot give me a receipt, although the guy at the window was patient. I just feel like they could do better. then the credit card machine was down which forced me to pay in cash, which I did not want to use cash but at this...
Excellent food, great atmosphere as the dinning area's almost always practically a ghost town which is kinda eerie since this is Grand Rapids (thanks Covid), but I really enjoy eating here when I'm able to stop in. The staff here are really friendly too. Ocasionally your order might get messed up, but bring it back and they'll move heaven & earth to make it right. Definitely my go-to when I want quick yet great food. Also, try one their Frosty's!!
