Based on the reviews, Wingstop delivers an awesome experience with friendly, efficient, and welcoming staff. The customer service is great, with workers who are patient, knowledgeable, and handle orders quickly. The restaurant is always clean and well put up. The food is great and very fresh. The 20 PC bone in meal comes out amazing, especially when asked for the wings crispy and wet with sauce. The fries remind some of the east coast. The atomic sauce is good, the Cajun is tasty and not too salty, and the parmesan wings are pretty good. However, the wait per order can be annoyingly slow, with one order taking close to 30 minutes even with few customers. Also, an online order was mistakenly wrong, but a staff member personally brought the correct order and apologized.
