The ice cream was good but the staff is where the issue lies with me. My brother (with special needs) ordered an ice cream and one of the workers laughed as she walked away and as she was walking away she said “tell me when you’re ready.” He was ready he literally ordered a small cup of Oreo Pretzel Ice cream. I just found it rude but when she came back I ordered for him and she took it from my mouth. I found it very disrespectful and have no plans of coming...read full review
Ice cream was amazing but service was slow
I love going here! The general manager Ashley was super nice and welcoming. They accidentally forgot my dogs sample cup that I bought him for being a good boy. They fixed the issue immediately. That was really nice of her. I think more stores need a general manager like her. It was only dollar sample cup. So reaching out to your customers and showing that you care and want them to keep coming back. That right there is great customer service in my book.
