“We hired The Hub to cater four meals for us at a swim meet this weekend. Samantha the owner not only turns out the most delicious meals, she is so personable and friendly. She delivered everything at the exact time she said she would.
She went above and beyond and when we needed more food last minute, she was on it.
She had it delivered to us Immediately.
The reason we needed more food was because her food was so delicious and people were going back for more!!!
We served over 400 people and every single person raved about all of her food.
From the lasagna to the burger bar ,the taco bar the chicken souvlaki… everything was SO fresh and delicious. I cannot say enough about The Hub and Samantha!!
PLEASE USE THE HUB for your next event . You will not be sorry. I am planning parties in my mind for this summer just so I can order food from the hub!!

“Premium Taste Catering did an excellent job catering our daughter Lauren’s wedding yesterday (6/17/2023). The food was absolutely delicious, well seasoned and perfectly prepared. We could not have asked for better. Chef Rashard and his staff did an excellent job! They are all so professional and friendly and even ran around the corner to pick up napkins for us that I’d forgotten at home. “I love Sunday's Best for catering - chef is very nice and professional and always right on time with hot, fresh food. Delicious! I really love the individual crustless quiches for the keto crowd, and there are so many pastry options to choose from for something a little special. The bacon was cooked so perfectly - crispy and brown. No flimsy bacon here! My crowd doesn't usually go for the carbs, but I wish they did, because I'd love to try the waffles or chocolate chip pancakes. I also love that you can get fried chicken tenders, mac and cheese and biscuit sandwiches on the savory side, and there are so many quiche varieties to choose from. The only downside to Sunday's Best is that you can't always order everything on the menu!“

“Best steak sub/sammich ive had in a Loooong time. Easily rivals the best ive had from a Maryland philly steak place. So good I actually missed it 20 mins after I devoured it. "A sammich is a type of sandwich. However, it is not just any kind of sandwich. Any old schmuck can throw lunchmeat between two slices of bread and have a sandwich. But no. A sammich is not just a sandwich, it is not just a meal. Sammich is a term reserved for only the holiest and mightiest of all sandwiches. A sammich is a true work of culinary art; a feast on a bun, if you will. A sammich is not made of the best ingredients; it is made of the *right* ingredients. It needs the right meats, and the right cheese(s), the right sauce, the right veggies, and the right kind of bread. Taking footlong sub bread and throwing every kind of meat and cheese and everything else under the sun or in your kitchen pantry on it does not a sammich make. It is akin to an incohesive mishmosh of colors on an artist's easel. Sandwiches make a good snack, but sammiches are forever. ❤“

“As a wedding photographer, I've eaten many catered dinners and witnessed various waitstaff work events. However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I worked closely with Riley all day and she was helpful, cheerful, and so happy to serve. Diego, the event manager, was professional, discrete, and even snagged me a coffee while I was capturing the dance floor. Jesus was the bartender and he was friendly and didn't mind filling up my water multiple times as I was working. Dinner was fantastic and I'm still dreaming about the potatoes. Overall, I cannot wait to work with the Forte Belanger team again and will definitely be recommending them to my future clients.“
“We hired Angel Food Catering to cater our wedding at The Piquette Avenue Plant Museum on 3.15.25. Angel food did a fantastic job. We scheduled a tasting a month or so before the wedding where they were kind, caring, and attentive to our needs. They accommodated to food allergies and meal preferences and the food was truly delicious. Their communication was spot on and they responded to emails in a timely manner. The wedding day staff was on point and didn't miss a beat. We got great compliments on the food and the service. The bartenders were also included in the package we purchased and did a great job. End of the night they cleaned up in a timely manner, boxed up any leftover food and drinks and we highly recommend them for any occasion. We will be telling our family and friends about them in the future!“

Due to Covid, our wedding was put together in 3 months. CJ’s handled everything beautifully. Set up, clean up, making sure food was restocked, they were marvelous. I would be happy to use them again. “Stopped at their set up in Bowling Green Ohio at the Thayer car dealership. Donuts were a little under cooked for my liking but my son said they were delicious. I ordered 1 bag of powdered. The lady looked irritated that I was ordering. Tossed my order up on the counter and went on with the conversation I had interrupted. She put 1 scoop of powdered sugar on top of the donuts and called it a day Untimely leaving us with 3 powdered donuts and the rest plain. I think a little more effort in creating the dish and interacting with customers could make this truck a very popular snack spot!“
