“We had the Hub cater our wedding in August and all we got was complements! From the appetizers to the taco bar. Samantha at the hub was so great to communicate with she answered all of our questions so quickly and was so accommodating with dietary restrictions! I would recommend for them for any event!“

“I highly recommend!!!!! We have visited a few times and never regret it. A small, welcoming space with big personality and delicious food and drinks (the espresso martini is my fave). I come for the vegan options so I don’t have to worry about my food allergies, but my family has enjoyed the non-vegan options as well. The environment is fun; Que is always wonderful to talk with and has so much to be proud of in what she has created here…and if you didn’t know - THEY ALSO CATER…and do cooking classes!!! Que’s daughter Kaitlin is great and I enjoy talking with her as well. We’ve been in for live dj and a loud,fun, diverse group of people. I love what Que’s got cooking here and she’s got a faithful customer for life! Happy to support her with my dollars and my words of encouragement and recommendations to others!“

“Premium Taste Catering did an excellent job catering our daughter Lauren’s wedding yesterday (6/17/2023). The food was absolutely delicious, well seasoned and perfectly prepared. We could not have asked for better. Chef Rashard and his staff did an excellent job! They are all so professional and friendly and even ran around the corner to pick up napkins for us that I’d forgotten at home. “I was walking by and saw the store in Berkley, and decided to stop in. So glad I did! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I ended up with a delicious sandwich, bottle of Malbec and a drinking chocolate, as well as a new place to go for my charcuterie needs! Definitely check it out!“

“I love Sunday's Best for catering - chef is very nice and professional and always right on time with hot, fresh food. Delicious! I really love the individual crustless quiches for the keto crowd, and there are so many pastry options to choose from for something a little special. The bacon was cooked so perfectly - crispy and brown. No flimsy bacon here! My crowd doesn't usually go for the carbs, but I wish they did, because I'd love to try the waffles or chocolate chip pancakes. I also love that you can get fried chicken tenders, mac and cheese and biscuit sandwiches on the savory side, and there are so many quiche varieties to choose from. The only downside to Sunday's Best is that you can't always order everything on the menu!“
“As a wedding photographer, I've eaten many catered dinners and witnessed various waitstaff work events. However, I recently photographed a wedding at Planterra Conservatory where Forte Belanger was the catering and waitstaff team and I was BEYOND impressed. From waiting hand and foot on the bride and groom, to the absolutely delicious meal, the Forte Belanger team made it a black tie affair. I worked closely with Riley all day and she was helpful, cheerful, and so happy to serve. Diego, the event manager, was professional, discrete, and even snagged me a coffee while I was capturing the dance floor. Jesus was the bartender and he was friendly and didn't mind filling up my water multiple times as I was working. Dinner was fantastic and I'm still dreaming about the potatoes. Overall, I cannot wait to work with the Forte Belanger team again and will definitely be recommending them to my future clients.“
“Booked for my wedding Aug 27/22. The food was absolutely outstanding, probably the best meal ive had at a wedding and I got to have it on my wedding day! When I booked a buffet I did not expect them to serve us, but it was a pleasant surprise that really upped the level of class. My guests were blown away with taste and the friendliness of the staff. I made a mistake and forgot to inform Darren I needed napkins, and I totally forgot to get them. Darren sprung into action and got us all cloth napkins at the drop of a hat, saving the day from my mess up! My guests had no idea. I would recommend OPC everytime. You cant go wrong with them for any event. We plan on ordering from them at all out events going forward!“

“We just booked CJ’s to cater our country wedding reception with their Pig Roast menu. The food was fantastic! We had plenty for everyone and almost everyone asked where the food came from. Due to Covid, our wedding was put together in 3 months. CJ’s handled everything beautifully. Set up, clean up, making sure food was restocked, they were marvelous. I would be happy to use them again. “These tacos are better than any Mexican restaurant I've been too. I have ordered the cilantro lime chicken taco, shrimp taco and jerk chicken taco. All were seasoned really good. The cilantro lime was the best. The jerk chicken was good but extremely spicy.“

“Stopped at their set up in Bowling Green Ohio at the Thayer car dealership. Donuts were a little under cooked for my liking but my son said they were delicious. I ordered 1 bag of powdered. The lady looked irritated that I was ordering. Tossed my order up on the counter and went on with the conversation I had interrupted. She put 1 scoop of powdered sugar on top of the donuts and called it a day Untimely leaving us with 3 powdered donuts and the rest plain. I think a little more effort in creating the dish and interacting with customers could make this truck a very popular snack spot!“
