“I ordered my food through the app in the parking lot , some how it placed the order in clarkston. I went in waiting on my food , the manager asked have I been helped. I stated I ordered online , he said I have no online orders. I showed him my phone he noticed the mistake. The manager gave me what I ordered for free I didn’t get his name , but what a stand up guy . I really appreciated that , this rarely happens in today world . Thanks again.“

“Recently moved to the area and stopped in for the first time. The barista, Rachel, was very kind and made an EXCELLENT hot mocha latte (she made my Monday a lot better). Later learned their proceeds help the fight towards human trafficking. All around such a lovely experience and business. Happy to have a coffee shop that is right on my way to work that helps fight something that is SO important.“

“I went here on a Sunday morning with a gal pal. We both enjoyed our mocha lattes. I had one made with regular milk, no whipped cream. She got one with skim milk and whipped cream. The cinnamon bagel with cream cheese was pretty good, too. The service was good. However, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're in a hurry.“

“I love Bagels and Bites! It’s pretty much the only bagel place in Brighton, but let me tell ya, they do bagels right! They have a huge variety of bagels from unique flavors like traverse city cherry to more common ones like everything and asiago. “Fantastic!! First time visiting. Met a colleague for a working breakfast. Food was excellent - flavor, texture, temp, and presentation were all top notch. Service was excellent as well. The atmosphere was great - not too loud, with a constant buzz of enjoyment throughout (the seats were all filled - so clearly we weren’t the only ones who enjoy this location!). A shout-out to Travis the GM and Erikka our server. Erikka was attentive, patient, and on top of things the entire time. I can’t wait to return with my family!“

“This is a harsh review. I really do love this place! But a small coffee costs $7 and the sandwiches are always super salty and way too spicy for the average person. The bravocado is good but my mouth is on fire...Lots of seating, but the tables kind of suck and the chairs don't line up with the table heights. A small thing makes a big difference if you're wanting to come work on stuff. Just a heads up.“

They also have drive-through.Good Coffee selection that tastes great along with their breakfast sandwiches. If something does not taste right for you, ask for Jason (the current owner) and he will redo the drink to your satisfaction.“
