“Me and my friend stopped in for lunch after riding the nearby Milford Mountain Bike trail and this food was exactly what we needed after an intense ride. Everything tastes fresh and homemade here! For example, I usually never touch the chips and salsa when I have Mexican, but after one taste of the house salsa here I couldn't help myself but to keep going! My entree was the Chorizo Burrito and it was utterly fantastic! The last time I had Mexican this good was in Sedona, Arizona and have been desperate for another high quality Mexican spot since then. I have found it!!! I also must mention our waiter, Eduardo, who was amazing, friendly, made plenty of suggestions, and always kept our drinks full! I want to give this place 10 stars!!!!!“

“I was a little nervous about my decision after we arrived, because a good sign on whether the food will be good at a Mexican restaurant is first based off of their salsa, which was so-so. I didnt expect much, but when the meals came out I was thoroughly impressed! The staff is very friendly and always checking on you. I would just recommend putting a little more love into the salsa - maybe some Cilantro, garlic and onion. It was very tomatoey and not much flavor.“

“Best Mexican restaurant in the area. I highly recommend the marinated pork tacos. I've eaten in dozens of Mexican restaurants and never tasted pork so good it is truly unique family recipe. I like several other items on the menu as well. Reasonably priced, delicious food, friendly staff and ample free “

“I don't even like Mexican food, but my wife does, so we stopped, and had some of the best food that I ever had. I'm a Mexican food lover now and we eat there at least once a week. Fantastic restaurant and very friendly people. Even if it's not on the menu Rudy will made you what you want. Betty and Michelle make the best, best margaritas, and the beers cold too.“

“First impression when walking in was it look very clean. Our waitress was friendly and was easy to talk to. The best part was our food came out fast and hot. We came to this restaurant because it had good reviews and we can see why. We will definitely be back!Dietary restrictions: I am vegan and the waitress recognized this based on what I ordered without me saying anything.“

“Saturday, March 16 approximately 5 pm). We originally went to the area because our favorite Mexican restaurant (Mexican Fiesta) had a power outage so we were on the hunt for another Mexican place and happened upon this one. We were seated immediately, and the chips and salsa arrived soon thereafter. Chips were good, typical of most restaurants and still warm. The salsa was excellent, perhaps the best part of the meal and probably why they sell it by the pint or quart. Lots of cilantro but not too spicy, and a bit thin. Usually Mexican restaurants bring a mild and a hot salsa around here, but we were absolutely fine with theirs, it was delicious (I love cilantro). We each had the combination plates, I had a tostada, chalupa and a beef taco. The usual beans and rice accompanied our meal and they were ok. Nothing spectacular, but good, if a bit bland. My wife had tacos and enjoyed them, but she’s a pickier eater than I am, and didn’t care for the beans, feeling that they weren’t seasoned enough. Her favorite Mexican food is fish tacos and this restaurant didn’t offer them, so she was disappointed from the start, and I often order fish or shrimp tacos, but am able to be happy with just about anything as a substitute. I generally like to order soup when we go anywhere, and would have here, but the only options are dinner sized portions of a Mexican chicken and a seafood soup, which sound good but unavailable as a smaller side portion. We will go back again for the food, and will try some other offerings, but not right away. As for service, our waiter was nice, but about four others also brought chips, drink refills, checked to see if our food was ok, and brought boxes for leftovers, including a refill on the salsa, which was appreciated. The check was delivered by someone other than our waiter almost as soon as we finished eating and before the takeout boxes, probably because it was starting to get busy (it wasn’t when we arrived, but now it was about 6 pm). I paid right away and the payment was collected when the boxes were brought. I felt slightly rushed at this point but we’re the type that tries to be cognizant of people waiting to eat and not tie up a table longer than needed anyway. All in all, a good experience and good food.Parking: This is in a strip mall, so there is plenty of free parking, including ample handicapped spaces.“

“Had the opportunity to stop into Chino Loco today for a photo shoot. Owner Scott was incredibly appreciative, helpful, and hands-on with helping to get the best shots with limited space. Chino Loco is now in the remodeled plaza next to Red Dog near downtown Milford. All the food looked amazing! Would definitely recommend.“
