“So far it's been a good experience through doordash however on December 6th I ordered the Royal four did not get my onion rings I just tried calling the restaurant spoke with some lady told her I ordered it on December 6th and before anything else happened she hung up on me telling me have a good day, piss poor customer service. In addition I did speak with somebody immediately after I received my order and A guy basically told me in a nutshell they were out of onion rings.“
“Great fresh hot food. The man at the first window complimented my shirt which was nice and made me feel welcome. I got my food but I did not get the ranch, ketchup or mayonnaise that I asked for when ordering. I’m smart enough to not drive off though and check and then a young lady gave me the condiments I needed and everyone was nice. No napkins as well which is always disappointing. They were very busy but quick.“
“My son and I wanted to get on here and make sure we recognized one of your employees, Summer. What a wonderful human being. From the moment we pulled up to the speaker at the drive through she was SOO kind. Then we pull up to the window and her awesome smile, kind heart and vibrant personality MADE our day. I had the worst day and she honestly made it better. It wasn't the food but the service, that made our experience. We pulled away and even my 11year old son commented on how kind she is. ( You don't see if very often) Excellent customer service barely exists these days. Most of these younger kids can't even say hello! She truly is so wonderful and your company is beyond lucky to have her. I own my own company and I would be ecstatic to have an employee like her! I hope she's a manager and you hold on to that one!
