“Stayed a night at the courtyard hotel and it was very convenient to grab a late night dinner. Service was fast and pleasant. Food was brought fast and it was good . We got to try two different chicken wings with sweet chili and house . Liked that both souses were not crazy spicy hot and you still could taste the chicken! Steak burger medium rare was just what I wanted.
Good experience, just one thing, on the way out , there different stickers for different collage football 🏈 teams, OSU is not there …“

“Ate here after checking in to our hotel room for the night. Pros and cons to having the restaurant adjacent to the pool, but we thought it was pretty entertaining! My partner is gluten-free and our server made sure he was taken care of, including having the kitchen remake his tacos after they accidentally came out in flour tortillas. I grew up on what I like to call ‘poverty pie’—that $5 special was a gourmet meal back in the day. Between this location and the other one in town, this spot wins hands down. “Was stuck at a storage unit and ordered a delivery the door dash guy wouldn’t give us a jump but the Pizza Hut employee named Mars (I hope I got her name right) offered to come help! Above and beyond excellent customer service! She saved the day! Thank you!“

“I made an online order for 10 pizzas tonight, filled in the correct pickup time for tomorrow evening, but the site somehow defaulted my order to pickup TONIGHT! I called the location immediately to try and change the pickup date and time, and was on hold for the entire time it took to make all 10 pizzas. When an employee picked up, I explained the situation, he put me on with the store manager. The store manager wasn’t sure if he’d be able to do anything, but checked with his district manager, which was the correct thing to do. He then said there was no problem, canceled the incorrect order, and put it in again for pickup tomorrow. I am very happy with his understanding and willingness to help. Didn’t get his name, but whoever was store manager on the evening of 4/11/24: Excellent customer service skills! You’re good at your job. My little girl’s birthday party was saved!“
