“We love getting these donuts as a treat, but not being able to use credit cards/debit cards is a major issue. We never carry cash so stopping to get cash is a major inconvenience. Throw a 5% card feed on there if you have to, but this is what makes me visit once a year instead of once a month.“

“So let me just start by saying, most of the time we go there it's a good experience but lately it's just been bad. Today I stopped by to get my husband and I an iced carmel macchiato. I got our drinks and the one clearly didn't have any coffee in it. It's a treat and expensive getting these things so I politely said I'm sorry but this one doesn't look right I don't think there's coffee in it. The girl said she saw it come out of the machine it's just mixed up and I said again I'm sorry but it really doesn't look right (this is the only drink I ever get it was clearly just milk) she snatched it out of my hands without saying anything and a few minutes later a guy all but shoved a new drink at me without saying a word. I get it working food service can be hard I certainly never want to work in it again but if you're going to do a job try to do it right. I wasn't rude at all I just wanted what I paid over $11 for. It seems every time this set of staff is there our order is always messed up. I think some more training needs to be put into the staff and attitudes left at the door.“

“HUGE shout out to Kena P and her crew at Dunkin Donuts in White Lake!!! Not only was she incredibly kind and helpful making my last minute order last night but the order was PERFECT and right on time this morning. And she helped me load 15 'Box of Joe' with all accessories plus 6 dozen donuts of all kinds into my car. I was in and out of there quickly so I can be at work and feed 200 on time. Love her!! Stop in today and buy a donut and tell them hi!“
