We has reservations at another local place that lost our business before we even got seated. We called the laundry to see if we could get a table there. “My favorite place to eat in Ortonville! The family that owns this restaurant is just wonderful. I can't count how many times we've eaten here, and every part of our experience has been fantastic every time. I try something new each time I order, however, I've never ordered anything but the Mexican cuisine (the cheese chili rillenos are my favorite) . Recently I saw a comment on a local FB page bragging about their Greek Salad, so I ordered one. The salad was put together beautifully, but the dressing!!!!.....omg the dressing was IT! “Comfortable family place that's been around since 1974 serving up tasty Italian dishes and pizza a little West of I-75 just South of Flint. Large parking lot. Great for couples, family or groups with 3 separate dining rooms. Good pizza ( I'm a Chicagoan who knows good pies) and great Italian dishes featuring a zesty marinara and plenty of cheese. Especially like their baked pasta dishes which are served in generous sized portions at reasonable prices and are accompanied by either soup or salad. Another plus is a fair assortment of craft beers on tap. Can't comment on desserts as even taking leftovers home, we're always too full to order any.“

“I love hungry howies. The only issue I’ve had recently was when I placed an online order for delivery. They chose to use doordash to deliver our food. The driver did not have our salad and said he couldn’t go back and get it. Then he drops our sauce on the porch, doesn’t clean it up and tosses the container in the parking lot!! I called hungry howies and they did bring our salad. From now on I will not order for delivery unless they use their own drivers“

We was friendly, quick to take our order, made sure we had everything we needed, and made sure we were happy. We live closer to the Lake Orion location but would make the drive back to Fenton because the service was great.“

“I used to say the best Thai in Livingston County. Unfortunately not any more. Ordered last Friday from them. Although the taste was good, there were little to no veggies in either of our dishes. The Pad Thai was almost all noodles. I attempted to contact them regarding this with no answer. Very disappointed with the food and lack of response from the establishment. I've been going since they had a location in holly (back in..2012? Mebbee earlier). Excellent food at exellent prices every time.

“The customer service is wonderful. My grandma regularly ate here before she passed a year ago. She always remembered the servers even when she was struggling with her dementia. I went there recently and ordered what she would normally order and the servers fondly reminisced with my family and I about her. Very thankful for the staff here!“

“This place could definitely be our local drinking hole. Yet we aren't big into going places and just drinking but maybe here. We like the atmosphere and the pool table is a huge plus for us. Our waitress was amazing, Danielle I think my husband told me her name was. The pizza was amazing, the fish tacos not so much didn't finish them, but the pizza was great and the drinks were amazing as well. So we'll definitely be back for drinks and pizza and even carry out pizza to home. We are a mile away so win win lol“

“Ordered a take-out dinner for my husband and me. BBQ ribs as an appetizer, eggplant and salad. Was tasty however, for $11 we received 4 small ribs. Expected 6-8 for that price. Very pricey and won’t order that again. Felt that was chincy.“

I had a picture of the amount and saying it was paid for....well after I talked to a couple different managers, we got it figured out. I really appreciate the manager that helped me, and came up with the solution, great customer service! So we try to just for the drinks and waited another 10 min on food that wasn't up yet when we got home all the food was wrong and Melinda answered and we don't know what what you what us to do. “The ribs are delicious. The breadsticks are sometimes delicious and sometimes it seems they forget to salt them. Unfortunately they frequently mess up our take out order, and I think this is because they have high turnover of staff. The counter help is different every time we go. Maybe pay raises for staff that perform well would help.“
