“Love this place! The food tastes homemade. Ordered their slim jim which has real ham sliced off the bone, (not lunchmeat), crispy lettuce, melted Swiss cheese, fresh tomatoes and mayonnaise on a delicious hogie type bun. The sandwich is large enough to take 1/2 home and it's just as good cold and right out of your fridge as it is when first ordered. I asked for "crispy" onion rings...they were crisped just right not greasy and the batter tasted homemade. They were unlike the out of freezer greasy fried in stale oil ones you usually get most other places. My friends ordered their burgers and raved about them. Their shakes are the best. The servers are very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely go back to try more items on their menu!“

“We just tried MiYork for the first time last night but it won't be our last. The store smelled amazing as soon as I walked in. I ordered a meatball sub, a spicy chicken sandwich and French fries. Everything was so tasty and still hot when I got home. We cannot wait to try all the other items. Very friendly service and it didn't take long at all for my order.“

“Myself, son, daughter-in-law, and three grandkids went here for lunch. Despite being during lunch rush, the food came very fast, hot, and delicious. The cobb salad is huge, they made Micky mouse pancakes for the kids which was a nice surprise, fresh green beans (not canned), saganaki was excellent, and the Angus burger patties were flame broiled. Everyone left stuffed and satisfied. Friendly service, plates cleared often, filtered water, and the total bill was much lower than I anticipated. I will return and highly recommend!“

“Been a patron of this established for about 10 years now, and it's a staple. It's a tried and true, coney island with your iconic breakfast and other dishes. I'm a huge fan of their breakfast and just recently started bringing my son in with me, who is a huge fan of their scrambled eggs. The staff there are so engaging and lovely to talk to. “We really enjoyed our experience at this new brunch spot! The food was delicious, the décor is beautiful, and our server was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We’re so happy to have a restaurant like this in our little town!

One small suggestion would be to provide the host staff with a little more guidance on seating guests. My husband and I were seated in the back room with one other table that had four adults and four young children who were understandably pretty energetic. Shortly after, another table with two small children was seated right next to us — so close I could literally reach out and touch them — even though the rest of the room was completely empty with plenty of open tables.

I’m definitely not a “Karen,” and I completely understand that restaurants get busy and families with kids are part of the dining experience. I just think a little more consideration of the seating arrangement would have made a difference for a couple trying to enjoy a nice $50 breakfast date.

“Stopped in here over the weekend on a whim and was so glad I did! It is small but cozy and comfortable with warm decor. You could actually talk without shouting (like most sterile modern places). Great menu selection with so many of my favorite dishes available, I had a hard time choosing. The food was superb; honestly better than I expected. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, with great portion sizes. Too many places serve frozen, nuked, soggy, bland meals these days, you won't get that here! The service was fast and friendly.
