“Menu has changed since the last time I was there, they didn't ask what kind of cheese I wanted. They just went by what the menu says that the sandwich comes with. I know now that if I want something different that I need to inform them before they start making the sandwich. Also, I couldn't see them making the sandwich because of the way the setup is. Again, now I know.Total bill was about $14 for one foot long, no chips, no drinks.“

“Always liked Culvers. I have had th same great experience at every restaurant in every state. Wisconsin, Illinois, Arizona and now Michigan. The food is good, the custard is good, I love their root beer, the kids are always on point, the restaurant and property is fresh and clean every time. A very consistent company.

“We aren’t often near a LJS, so when we had the opportunity today, we stopped and dined in. We were greeted with friendly and professional service, the dining room was clean and comfortable. our food was delivered to our table with care, and our meals were delicious. Fun fact: we’ve been married 34 years, and used to dine at LJS on dinner and movie date night. At 18-19yrs old, this was a big night! Thank you!“

“I absolutely love this place! The service is great the food is fantastic and everything is reasonably priced. I highly recommend their chili cheese fries too! Everytime I go I get great service! Hands down is one of the best little restaurants in Jackson.“

“I stopped into this subway yesterday when they were extremely busy and was not disappointed!! Even though they were crazy busy the employees were still super kind and smiled and were way more patient then I could even be! The worker named Melissa was so sweet and understanding to my kids and made the experience one of the best, I will be coming back to this subway from here on out! The store was so clean and like I said the service was absolutely outstanding, I couldn't of asked for a better sub or subway artist!“

“You guys are awesome! But! IOrder the Turkey bacon and ranch combo. 3xs in. 2 months And only 1 side of the sandwich had Turkey.Go eat the other, And. No Turkey on it. Just 1 little strip of bacon & very small portion on 1 side. I mean a small portion. Bummed me out..take it easy ☝️??“

“The other day I stopped by but they weren’t opened yet. I didn’t notice and was met at the door by either the owner or a manager. He let me know they weren’t opened just yet and he was sorry…I told him it was okay…he then asked what I planned on getting and I told him a blizzard. He asked if the flavor mattered because he wanted to give me one they were using at the moment to practice. He ran in and brought out an Oreo blizzard. He he flipped it upside down for me and that was THEE best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Can’t wait til they officially open up! We will for sure be there often for ice cream!“

“From the get go this is one of my favorite Jimmy John's. The staff are pleasant and quick, and the food is always neatly made (frequent complaint with other JJ locations).

We got jokes from Joseph after ordering and waiting (briefly) for the sandwich and wraps.

I hope they keep the firecracker wrap as that's a great flavor combo, but I'll always have my Country Club as a standard fare option.“

“My sister is highly allergic to eggs and chicken, and not only did they check all the ingredients and warn us about trace amounts, but they also remember our preferred table. Not too busy during the week, fantastic food, and amazing service. Easily my favorite Dine-in“

“I ordered quite a bit of food and came to get it, everything was good. Almost forgot my pie but whoever the lady was that ran out to me before I pulled off to hand it to me, deserves a raise. Please find out and make sure she knows someone wrote a nice review about her. No other fast food worker would care to do that but she did. Hats off to her for her service, she rules!“
