“Visiting from Duluth, Mn i’m always looking for independent coffee houses. Cyberia Cafe is a charming place where they make their own coffee syrups. The coffee is good, lots of choices for good eats and welcoming warm atmosphere. Greeted right away and taken my order quickly. If you’re in downtown Houghton, make sure you stop here for a good cup of coffee and a relaxing time.“
“I am one of those folks who don't "do" reviews, and certainly not negative ones. On the other hand, sometimes, it's worth pointing out when someone/place is doing it right. This is one. Cyberia has been a fixture here since 2002. While I don't frequent it often, only because I make my own daily coffee in a French press at home, occasionally I have need of a mutual meeting place with WiFi. I always find something interesting on the menu, the baristas (in my experience) are _genuinely_ cheerful without fail, and yesterday, I had a soy hot chocolate that was downright tasty (these things can be hit or miss as you know). The only reason I am not giving a 5 is only because it always seems a little dingy. So, you know, something to work on, right? Ignore the bad reviews. Must have been an unusually off day. Keep up the great work!“
“Better than Starbucks. This is where you go if you want something just a little more fun. Bragels are honestly some of the best breakfast food I've ever had.Vegetarian options: Most stuff can be vegan friendly, including the vegan bragels (They're so good honestly).Parking: There's probably like 20-25 spots max. Luckily it's usually not that busy but your mileage will vary.“
“No Starbucks needed (or wanted). Strong and bold coffee offered, specialty lattes and cappuccinos available, too! ( and economical pricing and large servings). Retail therapy at its best - some eclectic and handmade products for sale. And great customer service - very friendly!!“
