“A frustrating app experience was corrected by a kind helpful manager! The app lost discounted items twice (on 2 phones) and ordered the items anyway. I went in bristling and an astute employee directed me to the manager immediately. She sympathized then corrected the issue and refunded me the discount amount! Thanks to your well trained employees I left full and happy!!“
“McDonald's hidden gem! I come to this store almost daily and it's not just the food that has me coming back. An employee named Jess (she has a bunch of tattoos in case there's more than one jess.) is what always makes my visits special. She is super friendly and professional. She takes the time not only to remember my name, but also to ask me how I'm doing. Because she genuinely cares! My order is always correct when she is handling my food. Which used to be a problem I had at that location. I will continue coming back as long as I know she's working there! Thank you Jess for all the times you've taken care of me! You are the best!!“
