McDonald's in Ann Arbor

“They do have the best hottest and freshest food at this restaurant and they do take pride on the inside, the exterior tho 😲 and right at the windows is probably the grossest clearly hasn't seen a power wash in a long time

-no that cup was not just dropped the woman at the window wasn't even aware it was there so most likely from the night before“

“It’s a McDonald’s so you know what you are gonna get. The staff is polite and fast at their jobs. The food is good as any McDonald’s. The building is clean and nice. It’s always a pleasure to eat here or any McDonald’s. I suggest getting the app and earning points for free food items.“

“We visited on 8/6 between 12:30. The lobby was fairly clean, womans restroom was clean, food was good, fries were hot. The worker with the pink braids was super pleasant.
The middle-aged female manager was cursing when we came through the door and continued to curse the entire time we were there. In front of customers she cursed and spoke badly of the workers fixing the food.
A team is only as strong as their leader. DO BETTER“

“The day I was there ,there was a manager there I do believe she said she was from Jamaica she come out and apologize to everybody because they had run out of fried said it would just be a few minutes let me tell you that woman did not hesitate to jump on that fry line she got everything caught back up in like 10 maybe 15 minutes if that but yeah just kudos to her what an asset to McDonald's she made the whole atmosphere we were all vibing no one was yelling no one was upset she handled the situation very professionally you need to keep her around I didn't catch her name but what a beautiful soul. what happened to the register person taking care of the front and cleaning the tables no they turn around and go back to bagging.
whats up also with McDonald's in this area.
it could just be timing but where are the Male workers. also what happened to moving fast and getting the orders done fast instead i see paid by the second“

“This place was packed with ppl that all ordered on the app, I saw some guys take bags that were not there's. The app needs to implement wait times. Guy with tattoos and a arm cast was the only employee trying to help customers. A manager was yelling at another customer. Give that guy a raise and fix the app.“
