Incredible service and friendly staff! Always a joy to go here, the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful and the atmosphere is always pleasant and a great place to get some work done! Definitely the best Panera bread I've been to!
The rating is 4 star because of my experience. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and received a 1/2 Steak and Cheddar Cheese sandwich. I'm still satisfied with the visit because the manager handled the situation perfectly! She had no trouble with either remaking the sandwich or writing a voucher for the next visit. The food was still very delicious and the customer service was fast and friendly.

Food was on par with Panera but the wait staff was all hiding back in the kitchen area when we arrived. And it took the better part of ten minutes to wait on us.Then the severe shock of the bill was beyond belief, I'm befuddled how two salads and two bowls of soup costs 53 dollars to be sure. All in all it was a good meal but price and service made it a visit I wont return.
