Had a large group order 11:45 on Sunday morning. Not only did they have the order ready and waiting, they we're super nice and welcoming. Thanks for a great pickup experience as to what would otherwise be a pretty stressful order! Pizza was great too.
Usually, okay service. Today, placed an order through the app and was notified it was ready at the pickup. Put in my code and the door opens... nothing there. So, I inform the staff and they couldn't find my order. Well the system shows an order is completed when the code is entered at the kiosk, duh. Anywho, human error happens. I wasn't super thrilled to place an order ahead of time to come in and pick it up, to end up waiting for them to make a pizza.
