“Had absolutely wonderful service both yesterday and today. My autistic son was disappointed about them being out of mint chip ice cream yesterday, and was struggling to make a new choice. The gal behind the counter was patient and kind and gave great customer service, in what I understand is less than ideal circumstances. (Who wants to wait on the customer to figure out what they want?) Today, she remembered us immediately, and was happy to tell us they had a brand new tub of mint chip. I’ve been bringing my kids to Bobbyes since we first moved here and I’ll be a life long fan if you keep hiring such wonderful staff. Thank you.”

“This place was sold about a year ago and the buyer ran it very poorly. Anyone that had a bad experience in the last year should give it another shot. The old owner has the place back and the food is like it used to be. Very glad this place is back.”

“Only one person on staff, but he deserves MASSIVE praise! We went in at dinner time and a rush followed us. The man held his composure the entire time and never lost his smile, even when one gentleman told him he had five subs. The soda machine was out of all but 2 options, but I am also aware that they are likely waiting for their new machine. I do wish they had more options in the bottled beverages to make up for the lack of fountain, however.”
