“Came for lunch and the girl working was absolutely amazing. Stayed for over an hour with my son as we ate and had ice cream and her customer service was top notch. Such a nice young lady.“

“That's not the place to go if you want to drink a inlot before you eat. That is the best service I've ever had at a restaurant and the food was great as the waitress was one of the best“

“Upon arriving, Tina greeted me arriving warmly and instructed me where to sit. Since I'd never been there before, Tina explained some about the menu and the establishment. The vanilla cream soda was tasty. I ordered the 1/3 lb burger and fries instead of chips. When the food arrived, I was visually disappointed for a moment because I didn't order a slider but the sandwich i got certainly was. The disappointment disappeared once I picked up the burger. For a small thing, it was definitely hefty. While it wasn't juicy, it was far from dry and well seasoned. The fries, which I'm told are cut up fresh and fried in house in tallow, were a little limp and a bit under seasoned.

Overall, the place was definitely worth the try and I'd probably go back if I'm in town again.“

I am a traveling nurse and I'm constantly on the road. Unfortunately I eat fast food quite often. Each visit to a fast food restaurant I encounter the same thing bad customer service and unpleasant employees. On 6/2 around 10:15am I stopped in Dundee on my way to Ohio and it was the first time in a couple of years that I used the drive thru and actually encountered a pleasant employee who offered excellent customer service. Kudos to Amy! She literally made my morning just a little bit brighter with her pleasant and friendly service. I wish there were more people in the service industry like Amy.

“Good first time visit. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice inside and had more of a restaurant vibe instead of a Bar so that was really nice. French Dip had a really good flavor and the BBQ Bacon Cheese Burger was cooked perfectly and was still juicy even though i said well done. The bun on the bugets and french dip held together nicely. Ribs where really flavorful and tender pulled the rib meet off with a fork. Pretzel bites and the deep fried cheese chunks where surprisingly good as where the nachos. Only complaint is the chicken we got was very dry and salad had only lettuce in it but besides it was a really nice first visit. Almost forgot get the homemade chips over the fries they are really tasty.“

“There is a manager at this location. Her name is Kelsey. My youngest is on the spectrum and we’ve gone to multiple locations for the Minecraft toys. Most of them looked annoyed by me asking and she was so kind and understanding. She deserves a raise. A promotion. She treats people amazing and has great customer service.
