“Been an ocean place since 1947 and thier was a line 25 people deep. The creamy custard ice cream I've ever had. A must to visit if you are ever in this area. A must prices are really good banana slit 5.10 really good prices. Just give the girls some time to get it to you not long though. I had a hot fudge sundae with bananas but instead of cherry custard they put cherry topping I stead on fudge. Still was most excellent I tool what tiny bit I had left pome and still at it . A nice way to top off a detroit pizza. A++++++“

Two super nice people, a wonderful young man and wonderful young woman apologized over and over even though it wasn’t their fault and made it right. “I absolutely fell in love with Booza today. My husband and son went with me to try it, after learning about Booza on social media. It was worth the drive to Dearborn from Lansing! The baklava was flakey and the Ashta flavor was so light! We got scoop cups of Ashta, Kiwi, Mastic Gum, Strawberry, and Lemon Sorbet, each beautiful in their own way.“

“This place was so nice! I was greeted by Fatima with a big smile. She was so nice and pleasant. Loved this because right away, she makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. I'm a waffle cone person. They had multiple flavored waffle cones which was really nice and unique! They had a nice selection of ice cream flavors. I ordered the pistachio waffle cone with pistachio ice cream. OMG!!! This was delicious and I will be going back. My whole experience was pleasant there.“

“7/27/24 - First time trying Dougie's. Great portions and the custard was wonderful! Purchased a hot fudge sundae and a strawberry shake; both great! Will definitely return. Big menu with many options. Would like to see Pup cups in a "mini" size option for the fur babies. I did buy small vanilla cups for my fur babies just didn't need that much. Not a bad thing though. They also have a nice patio in the back for seating.“

“Saw a delicious post on tiktok of a “s’mores cone.” Came today and asked (verbatim) for the “s’mores cone” and was given something that did not look like the video online. When I asked the staff member about this, she said “the video was the s’mores cone, you wanted the s’mores ice cream.” I told her that I did, in fact, ask for the cone. I wasn’t offered a refund or a remake. There’s even a sign on the window saying that they won’t fix discrepancies. Makes it seem like this happens often enough that it’s a real issue. If you want your order correct, go elsewhere.

“The service was a little slow when we went, but there was only one person working in the back. My boyfriend loved their Oreo milkshake, but didn’t realize how massive the large was lol. I had their mint chocolate chip and blue moon ice cream which was really good. They don’t have any gluten free cookies or cakes which is a little disappointing, but they were selling keto and gluten free boxed cookies. I love the dim atmosphere of the store, but it is tiny with minimal seating and some people had to wait outside because it’s too cramped. I’ll definitely be back to try their shakes.

Parking: Parking lication very small for how popular this dairy queen is, and the spots are always getting blocked by the drive through line. O so rough in the summer time they should expand there parking lot or have street side reserved spots for that place it gets bad.....

Kid-friendliness: They do birthday cakes...have high chair seating on the inside very kid friendly..

“Here's an honest review. I have taken my family of 4 here 5 times now, everytime it has been outstanding. It's better than DQ and it's priced cheaper AND the service is great AND the sizes are very generous ESPECIALLY for the price. The MOST I've paid before tip is 23$ and that's with 3 large banana splits with extra nuts and a cherry cheesecake thing my wife gets, at DQ that's over 30$ I actually enjoy the flavor of the syrups to me personally they taste genuine to the flavor unlike said DQ.
