“Stopped in today with several coworkers and took advantage of the $10 lunch special. Brisket sandwich and fries. Fries were pretty good but the brisket sandwich is what will bring me back. Very moist, well prepared and flavorful. The price is right as well. Wish I could have had a cocktail but there’s always next time. See ya soon.“

“This review is based mainly on my personal preferences. I got fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes, collards, dressing, gravy and cornbread. The chicken breast was delicious, but overcooked and dry. Potatoes and gravy were fine. The dressing had good flavor but I didn’t care for the consistency. The collards were good except they were too salty. The cornbread was very good. I will order again and try other offerings.“

“I can't begin to explain in words exactly how delicious this food was I ordered oxtails mac and cheese collard greens and I had homemade banana pudding I can cook .... nothing that I ate could be replicated by me at all! It is refreshing to go somewhere where it just exceeds your expectations on how food should taste I guess I cannot explain how good this is. The meat was tender flavorful savory! Everything was slap your mama good!“

“The food was damn good and well worth the price I will be checking this place out again the ghetto Burger was good it really didn't stand out from any other Burger but it was still good the cheesecake dessert was the only thing I did not like and honestly it didn't even taste like cheesecake was more like Frozen cake so I'll pass on the dessert but everything else that I had was damn good.“

“My first time trying this restaurant. It was pretty good. I had the beef ribs and chicken dinner. The ribs and Potato salad, were delicious. The sauce is fire. The chicken was a little light skin, but it was done all the way through. The greens and mac and cheese needed a little more seasoning, but over all it was good. I'll be returning.“

“My and my brothers came in from Chicago. The food is great. Portions are even greater but the prices… The best. We got the beef bbq ribs , beef short ribs, fried turkey chops, and bbq turkey tips. None of their sides have pork in them . We are grateful for that swing we keep dietary law! The recipes taste like somebody granny back there! Will be back“

“The food and owner are amazing! We used her for catering a memorial service for 60 people. There was a ton of food and everything was ate with pans scraped! The owner worked with us and our budget. She was such a blessing to our family during this hard time. People couldn’t get over how good the food was! I’ll definitely be using her again for future events and just dinner!“

“listen the first time I came here I didn’t even get nothing I was just with my cousin doing a doordash order with her , was just picking up somebody order but something told me that I need to come back and eat from here. So yesterday and today I finally order some food from here and man when I tell you it is so good! I’ve never tasted Mac n cheese that actually tasted good from a restaurant , no matter where I went Mac n cheese would only always taste better at home. But this place? Oh yeah they got it down PACK the best Mac n cheese I done had from a restaurant and them lamb chops is so so good.“
