“Had my first day of my new job as a new resident here in Jackson and I got off work to get food and Ryan made my day! They had me pull up to wait 4 mins for my wings, understandable, but it was taking longer than expected, Ryan said he totally forgot and he wasn’t able to see me from a blind spot. So he made it right! He offered me a free drink and came back with a drink AND a pie!! I used to work in food service so I know how easy it is to just say sorry and let that be (from being so busy) but he took the time to go above and beyond!“
