Their ice cream is great, but staff needs education on how to properly use gloves. They had one staff member wearing gloves while making food, which is good, but... he used the same gloved hand to adjust his headset. He also had the same gloves on to make a wrap (or two) and used same gloves to close the lid on the device to heat/cook the wrap, while coughing. Gloves seemed kind of pointless after watching all that.
It was ok, I had coffee at many places such as McDonald's,burger King,Starbucks, and Bigby is my favorite The Teddy Bear was great.. but anyway I got a light mocca latte, it wasn't my favorite but it wasn't terrible and I disliked the Timbits this time. I liked the mocha icecap probably best here.But the service was not the best.. my aunt ordered a small and got a medium.. but that's ok.

These people are awesome! I bought a cake for my mom who’s recovering from cancer and they were just incredibly sweet about the whole experience, and upgraded us to a bigger cake! They really care, and I would highly recommend them!
