“I stopped into this subway yesterday when they were extremely busy and was not disappointed!! Even though they were crazy busy the employees were still super kind and smiled and were way more patient then I could even be! The worker named Melissa was so sweet and understanding to my kids and made the experience one of the best, I will be coming back to this subway from here on out! The store was so clean and like I said the service was absolutely outstanding, I couldn't of asked for a better sub or subway artist!“

“Soooo happy with my experience, I am semi hooked on a fairly new offering Subway has to offer ...the footlong chocolate chip cookie, yes that's correct, a footlong...it's served warm and it's gooey and just beautiful ❤️ ok I'm ? hooked on it! “Had a very good experience at the West Avenue store on July 5, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. when we had to walk away from the airport Road store due to no service after being left for nine minutes and the employees at the West Avenue store greeted us immediately and felt badly because we hadn’t got good service at another location and they were so friendly and polite and apologized to us for the poor service coming from another subway and the sandwiches were awesome and we will be visiting the West Avenue store when we want a Subway sandwich we will be boycotting the airport Road store.“

“Great location! I have been to many subways and this one is one of the best honestly! very good sub every time. I have had nothing but excellent service every time I go there. The manager is always laughing and joking with her employees while also getting everyone through the line with great speed. Best store around!!“

“I had a worker named Melissa who made my food for me and my coworkers. She was a sweetheart! Not only was she sweet but she was on top of everything. She saw the large drink lids were running low and she quickly went and restocked them as well as the ice.I will absolutely be coming back!“

“Never got to see it since it's remodeled and WOW ???. It looks amazing, super clean, new and fresh. Had got a sandwich from here but honestly every subway is the same when it comes to food. I miss the old subway look from the early days in the 90's but this is now my favorite look so far. More subways need this remodel.“
