This is the second time in two weeks I have come to the Parnall Rd. location. Both times they were out of key ingredients to make my sandwich. The first time I walked out because they were out of ham, so couldn't make the sandwich I wanted. This time I ordered the chicken teriyaki. They were out of onions and banana peppers, and even worse, no sweet onion teriyaki, which they didn't figure out until my sandwich was already made and other toppings already on it. Subway is a popular spot where Laura, Brayden, and Owen are praised for their excellent service. Whether it's during busy hours or while training, these staff members are quick, patient, and polite. The changes over the years, like ordering ahead on the app, have made the experience even better. The sandwiches are made perfectly, just like the good old days when the bread was cut in the U gouge fashion.
