Sweet Scoops has consistently messed up my order or run out of items four times now. Even when I called to complain once, they were already aware of the mistake but never followed up despite taking my number. When you visit in person, they only make what you order if they have everything in stock. Sweet Scoops recently changed their prices and also changed the amount of mix-ins from 3 to 2. Additionally, when you get mix-ins, it’s the same amount no matter what size you order. Meaning if you order a large the ratio of mix-ins to ice cream is sadly minuscule. Pair this with long lines that can lead to a 15 minute wait and you have to think if there are better options in Jackson.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter that costed me almost $47 quality of the decoration I had seen on previous cakes in their store was beautiful I don't know if they were training somebody on my daughter's cake but I could have done a better job decorating it myself and I have no experience. I was not impressed had I not already paid for the cake and today was her birthday I would not have even taken it. whoever is using the airbrush needs additional training
