The women who answered the phone has awful customer service and should not be management!! very rude and did not apologize at all for our masked potatoes having no gravy. She told us to come back and get the gravy then. we are 15min away from jenison and was told it's not that far to have to come back. She missed the point of the call. Very rude and will definitely report to higher management. This lady needs to not work around people.
The food has been terrible. Last week the biscuit was so dried out (like maybe a week old) I couldn't open it to butter it. This week the chicken was so over cooked it was had all the way through. I've made my last visit to the Jenison KFC.

KFC provides fast food chicken with polite and amazing service. The Famous Bowls are a highlight, while the Wraps are decent but small. Some customers miss the original Twister and wish for its return. Although they may run out of items near closing time, the employees are nice and apologetic, offering replacement sides.
