We were here today for the first time and Jenny A was our server.She was so kind, sweet, helpful and had a good sense of humor and was just overall an amazing person to have (wish I could have had dinner with her as well lol)The food was delicious! Tried the battered cod dinner (havent had fried fish in years)? ( and im sorry i couldnt finish it all )My husband had the seared Ahi Tuna and the California roll.The virgin pineapple margarita? was delicious too, just too stuffed to make it down the hatch.Thank you for giving me and my husband a wonderful dinner.“

“We eat at Shortys once a week. We love the specials (great smoked wings, smoke ribeye hoagie and lasagna just to name a few), excellent pizza and sandwiches. Service is speedy and friendly every time. It can be loud sometimes if it’s a full house but then other times is a quiet atmosphere.“

“For a "middle of nowhere" pizza place, they literally come near the top of my favorite pizzas ever eaten. The seasoning is very flavorful, both pizza and bread sticks.I just wish they were consistently open, but I guess they have continual staffing issues. If it's not cultural driven but instead pay that is lacking, raise your pizza prices and pay more to your workers. For years I've commented to my wife how relatively low cost the food is - especially for being in the middle of nowhere and using seemingly quality ingredients. I'm sure customers would pay a little more.“

“I like artesian wells tavern i meet a friend there half way fir both of us. And you never know what kinda neat specials they have we had tater tots with chili and cheese it was good then tater tots with corn beef sauerkraut cheese and thousand island so much 2 choose from. We try 2 set in a booth which i like comfortable place very spacious“

“Been coming here for about a yr. Excellent pizza and service. However last time i had a rude encounter with a manager after they burnt my food pretty good. However after speaking with the owner he apologized and made me fresh food. Mistakes happen and this place is amazing.“
