This used to be my absolute favorite biggby. Within the last month it has really gone downhill. I think they are training but this is the third time I’ve gone and have gotten wrong drinks/bagels. I just went through and got a spotted owl that had no milk in it? Just black coffee with syrup? And got a plain bagel instead of everything. Makes me so sad and just want the team to be aware.
Top notch customer service from everyone that works here! Maddie is such a sweetheart, willing to go above and beyond for the customers.
I have always loved this biggby and recommend it to anyone I know!
love the employees and service! they always remember us and asl about our dogs! the drinks are great too but it's the employees that really make it amazing!
