Coffee and treats are usually great tasting and I love the holiday variations throughout the year. Long time staff are usually friendly, although I've experienced some less than stellar attitudes from the weekend staff in Angola lately. The penny-gate rounding situation now is ridiculous and the prices should be adjusted to make the totals end in 5¢ instead of expecting the customer to accommodate your policy changes haphazardly. Great coffee, environment, service, product!
They constantly mess up orders, and the new app is a scam. I used to save so much money before they got rid of punch cards.
