“I have been a member of Juicy Leaf for a few months now, so when I decided to host my first yoga retreat in August of 2022 I jumped at the chance to include them. Toyo was extremely thoughtful and helpful when communicating with me on what would work best for my retreat. She worked with me on quantity and variety of juices for my guest and provided cute containers for each juice. She above and beyond in helping my store the containers until I could pick them up the day before I left for my retreat. If you are ever in Kalamazoo, try to get one of their juices. If you live in Kalamazoo and haven’t taken the plunge to try one, you’re missing out!“

“It was fine. I will certainly be back but it wasn't the best experience. This was my first time at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe and while it won't be my last, I may be hesitant to return. When we walked in, we were hit by a very pungent smell kind of like something was extremely burnt. It was very off-putting and definitely not something I wanted to smell first thing in the morning or when I'm about to eat. The smell aside, it was small but relatively pleasant inside. As a first timer here, the menu was extremely confusing and overwhelming with so many options to choose from and many of which seemed to be pretty expensive. I got the peanut butter crunch bowl for around $12 or so and while it was good and filling, it wasn't the best. Even with banana, almonds, peanut butter, cocoa nibs, and honey, it still tasted pretty bland and for $12, though it filled me up, was a surprisingly small serving probably less than 2 cups for the whole thing. The service was excellent and I have nothing but good things to say about that. Overall, my first time wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to write home about.“

“I went in on an insanely busy night. 6 people in the lobby and phone ringing nonstop, dozens of online orders. The staff of 4 was running around and working so hard, and they were so friendly given how busy they were! It took me less than 10 minutes to get my drink, which was fast considering how busy they were, and it was made perfectly! Huge kudos to those 4. Will be back!“

“I had an absolutely delightful experience at Y’OPA Frozen Yogurt during my visit to Portage, Michigan! As a tourist, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the incredible customer service from Kenisha truly elevated the entire experience. She was incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding my boyfriend and me through all the available frozen yogurt flavors with detailed and enthusiastic descriptions. Her helpful suggestions made us even more excited to create our own custom treats!

“Stopped by yesterday for smoothies and always enjoy the Bahama Mama. My absolute favorite! I've tried several others, and they are all good but I will stick with Bamaha Mama. Nothing beats it! I've had some of their food options in the past and they were good as well. I don't drink coffee so smoothies are my go-to drink when I want to splurge. The place is always clean and the vibe is super cute! The cashier was extremely nice. The team does a good job of ensuring the cups are full with the smoothie, not just 90%. If I had to share any negatives, it would be that the person who handed me my smoothie was less inviting, maybe just tired and I had to order in-store vs through the App because the coupon would not work, otherwise love this Tropical Smoothie location!“
