Unethical treatment to staff
Not adhering to labor laws
I love Waterstreet Coffee. I used to come everyday, grab a coffee and food before my commute to work in the mornings. However, the last few times I have been to the Oakland location, staff has “forgotten.” Forgotten about me, forgotten to acknowledge their drive thru window altogether, and today around 1:30 they decided being social during their shift change was a priority over remembering our food. Let me just say that I love water street coffee. I visit the Oakland location the most. It is also at this location that I have sat there twice now in their drive through. Once for almost 10 minutes and this morning for almost 15 minutes. That is fine I am aware that this is not a fast process. However I am not sure what has been going on as of late.
