I was wondering why my food always cold when I order from here, my boneless wings are never crispy and always soggy. I was thinking maybe it was my fault for being late to pick up my order. I ordered delivery the other day (6/10) and my food was steaming hot but still soggy, clearly had been placed in the microwave. My deliver driver had to wait for my order and I literally live two minutes away so for them to be literally steaming hot and soggy with the sauce completely dried...read full review
Wasn't a fan of the food customer service
Purposely selling soda with no carbonation OR no syrup. They wont say anything about the drinks unless you bring it up and then they will tell you the issue with the drinks.

Wingstop is known for its fresh, hot wings, including cajun, spicy Korean, and garlic parm flavors. The food is highly praised, with items like cajun corn bites and voodoo fries being popular choices. The chicken is good, moist, and juicy, and the dry rubs are favorites. However, the fries can be undercooked and greasy, and there could be more sauce options. Service can be hit or miss, but is generally friendly and efficient, though workers may seem overworked. The atmosphere is great, with friendly guests and workers. Improvements could be made in cleanliness and restocking the drink/utensil table. Overall, Wingstop offers a pleasant dining experience with tasty, well-prepared food.
