“Had a baby shower here. The food was phenomenal and the staff was super kind! The place is so beautifully decorated too. I’d love to have another party here 🤍“

“Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.
So... I Give her five stars.“

“Went in for the Pistachio Dream Cruise because the flavor combo sounded interesting and was so impressed, so good! The service was quick and kind, they automatically offered us a punch card, and the price was great for the sizes (& I’m a fan of Creation!)“

“So these guys are the new Grove eh... While I do still miss Grove, I am not disappointed in Live Oak. We tried something new today and enjoyed it. Price was a little high I thought, but very nice quality, so you definitely get what you pay for here. Will be an occasional treat place for sure. Also how the hecc did you make a gluten free brownie that didn't taste terrible?! I demand to know your secrets!!“

“I'm not a huge Starbucks fan but I went in here the other day for a quick drink. I was really impressed by the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. It didn't feel like a regular Starbucks, this is a really nice step up from the regular ones you find.“

“I love the workers here. Fast and friendly. The store is always clean and inviting. The only problem is the inconsistency of my coffee. I order the same thing every time and yet it never tastes the same. Coffee at Bigby is not a cheap endeavor and I am obviously willing to pay the price but it would be nice if I got consistently good coffee for what I pay.“
