“This coffeeshop is my first to go to when I'm out and about in Lake City or traveling to Cadillac. My all time favorite coffee and panini sandwich is amazing too!! If you haven't tryed them you need too!!“

I travel all over the U.S. and Canada for work and have been to more McDonald’s locations than I can count. I didn’t go inside this one, just used the drive-thru, but even from that, I could tell this place runs differently.

It was the peak of the lunch rush. They were slammed. But the line moved fast, the order was right, and everything flowed without a hitch. It honestly felt like this is how McDonald’s is supposed to work.

I also noticed the employees seemed calm and even happy, which says a lot about how things are run behind the scenes. I believe this might be a family-run location, and if so, McDonald’s corporate should really take a look at what they’ve built here. It stood out in the best way.“

“I went there about 10 minutes before they closed, which, normally, I never like to do since I have a personal rule of not going somewhere 30 min to close. They were extremely friendly, and did not make me feel rushed at all. This is my second time ordering from this location and I’ve been extremely happy with my food and service.“
