Arianna took our order over the phone and was very pleasant respectful and friendly she didn't rush and took her time with delivery instructions. Austin was the delivery driver and he was extremely kind professional and thankful. The food was amazing and showed up in 20 minutes and when I called back to get the names Dave answered the phone and was also very pleasant professional and grateful. “pizza and bread sticks are amazing! and shout out to Captains on Main. we ordered take out tonight and we got delayed picking it up as we drove up on an accident and assisted the injured and I called there to let them know we will be delayed picking up our pizza and they kept our food warm until we could get there and told us not to worry. best customer service hands down and delicious food“

“Ordered a personal pizza. Was really good. Crunchy crust, not too thick. Sauce was the right amount and cheese was perfectly melted.

Interior of the building was very clean, and very spacious for customers to be separate from one another.

Parking: Free parking is behind the building off the main street. Can be hard to find if you dont know your way around.

Kid-friendliness: Brought my two little ones both under 3 with me and they had a great selection of kids meals and had booster seats and high chairs available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its ground floor entrance. Very easily wheelchair accesible.“

“Food truck was a HUGE hit at the wedding. Everyone was excited that we were serving pizza and that the food was actually good at the wedding. Our venue didn’t have a kitchen so having a food truck allowed us to have constant fresh/hot food being served to our guest. Pizza is standard, bread sticks are really good, they taste almost like Pizza Hut bread sticks, but better.

The wings are really good. We ordered them with buffalo sauce, the restaurant forgot our blue cheese dressing that we ordered, but we had Ranch dressing at home and used that instead, the wings were delicious. The wings were drenched in buffalo sauce, which we requested, and they were not gross and gummy, like other restaurants serve. I'm pretty picky about my food. And it was all pretty good

“Every time anyone enters the pizzeria, the staff greet me with a smile. They are always friendly and ready to help you build your pizza even with special requests like gluten and dairy free toppings. I really enjoy the sauce with chicken and veggies. I enjoy the crispiness of the crust. It is always enjoyable to obtain the pizza from here because it is the only place I can get my allergy free requirements and it still tastes good!“

“Ordered 10 pizzas for my son's birthday. Got there as they were pulling them out the oven and slicing them up. One of the young ladies even helped me get them to my vehicle. Staff was friendly and helpful, restaurant was clean and the food was delicious! Would rather pay the extra $15 bucks for Dominos instead of cardboard pizza any day of the week! “The deep dish pizza crust was flavorless when compared to Jets. The restaurant was empty when they opened so we sat down and ate our food while it was hot. We ordered a Greek salad and it came without feta cheese. The person working there was slammed with orders but was kind and helpful when we asked for the feta. I think we would prefer Jets moving forward.“

“When your friends tell you to go to hell, this is the place they mean. This is a really neat bar and restaurant. The menu has a good selection, and nice to see the half sammich option too.

I come here all the time, and I've never had this happen before. I'm a cook. I work as a cook professionally. “A Fun Spot with Great Food and Atmosphere

We’ve visited this little spot twice over the past few years, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is inviting, and the food is good, especially the oysters and cocktails ;) . While the menu is small and seems unchanged from our previous visit, everything we’ve tried has been enjoyable. It would be great to see a few new items added to keep the offerings fresh and enticing for returning customers.

The service was solid throughout the night. Though our tacos took a little longer than expected, the server removed them from the bill without us even asking, which we really appreciated. Overall, I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

“Joe Kools is the best sports bar in the area. Family friendly, great atmosphere, amazing food and drinks. Staff is very friendly and attentive. My favorites from the menu are the Steak Tips with the Zip Sauce and the Ruben Pizza. Bartenders make some great cocktails and you have the best view of the big screen t.v. sitting at the bar. Definitely recommend.“

“Amazing service. These guys always take good care of me and they're hard workers. I hope the entitled folks know that it's physically impossible to meet insane demands- especially the timing in which you recieve your order.

During peak rush hours its ridiculous to expect 2-3 people to get all online orders, calls, and walkins all ready in 10 minutes. They are doing the best they can.

Most of these complaints are from situations the workers have NO control over. Give these guys a break, and have some patience. Also want to note the communication is top notch. You can't be upset at that.
