“I went through the drive through of the Lakeview, MI McDonald’s around 6:20 this morning. I have never received such amazing service through a drive through!! It is clear that the leadership at this location is doing an amazing job! Each employee took ownership! I placed a very large order and every employee I encountered thanked me repeatedly! I am incredibly impressed!! I will definitely be back to this location!! I only caught one of their names, Kris, but everyone was awesome!! The lady that brought the food out to me was an absolute doll! Please let them know that they all turned my day around!!“

“We had two orders, 1 was through the subway app 1 was through door dash. The order through the app was done, and waiting for pick up when we arrived, the lady explained that the doordash order had to be made once we arrived as they don't get many dash orders. The lady making the food was more than polite, she was exactly what customer service is supposed to be, excellent!!!!!! Kudos to you guys for not only having great customer service, but also a clean restaurant an the food was good as well.. Thank you 😊“
