“I've enjoyed Thai cuisine in Chicago and Detroit and this is some of the best Thai food I've ever had. This place is a hidden gem. I had the chicken pad thai at spice level one and it was enough heat to not overpower the amazing flavor. Spice levels are 0-7 but when tying out a new place I always go lower. I asked for some extra spice on the side in case I wanted to add more but it wasn't needed. I can't get over how delicious the flavor was. It's a must to try out! The mango sticky rice was also delicious as a dessert. I will definitely come back for more.“
“I grew up in Kansas City, eating some of the best BBQ on the planet. I moved to Michigan 9 years ago and have tried tons of barbecue restaurants and food trucks in attempt to get a taste of home. Nothing could compete. I stopped at this food truck on a whim when they were parked at Meckley's farm. They are spectacular! The sauce is sweet and flavorful, the pulled pork was tender, the beans were perfect, and the cornbread was moist and buttery. IMO this is the best BBQ in Michigan. Highly recommend.“

I had the marinated pork tostada and the ingredients and the tortilla that was deep fried for it just melted in your mouth!My sisters burrito was amazing also ..that along with the amazing service makes this probably the best place to go in Lansing! “I am so grateful we found this truck today by accident!My honey and I moved here from San Diego and we LIVED at authentic taco shops 24/7. It's what we miss most of all about his home.We've tried several restaurants and none of them have really made a positive impact or had a return visit. Today we were going to try another place close by but upon spotting Taquero Mucho, we looked it up here and knew we HAD to try it.We had Carne asada fries, a grilled chicken quesadilla, and chips and salsa. The achiote was reminiscent of home and the spicy Roja was INCREDIBLE. It was so nice to finally have some FLAVOR!!We will most definitely be back and can't wait to try more of the offerings at this truck. Much love!“

Hands down best bang for your buck in the Lansing area.The brisket, pulled pork and ribs are spot on and will satisfy your bbq craving! My family and I appreciate that they have traditionally delicious sides compared to other bbq joints that add jalapenos to everything. I think corn on the cob would be a nice side item when in season.“

“It is so hard to find Vegan food for your wedding, but Michael and the team with M I Vegan are the absolute best - without a doubt!They were considerate of our wedding venue, timeline, guests, and everything went perfectly without a hitch even though it was their first time at the venue! “First time coming and can easily say I was not disappointed! The owners were so sweet and personable, and the food was AMAZING!! Such good prices too!! We got some cheesy tacos, nachos, and a Gordita and they were all so good and fresh. They have amazing sauces and salsas too! Food was super quick took less than 10 mins! You have to try this place you will not regret it!“
