repeatedly try to drive through for an advertised item(shamrock shake), after waiting in line behind 12 cars I get up to the speaker........lo and behold!!!!!! the shake machine is out of order.......being cleaned.......unable to dispense........thanks McDonalds!!!!!! I promise you I won't ever grace your order line again
This complaint isn’t about the workers at this location, they’re great and it’s sad I won’t be coming to my favorite McDonald’s anymore. This complaint is about Brent, who tells me he manages ten of the McDonald’s in the area. I’m a DoorDash er, and received a pickup for this location.
