I ask for extra mayo on my chicken sandwich then pay ... while waiting for my food I realize they charged an extra .30 for the extra mayo!!!
Really? That is absolutely unacceptable especially since no one told me! I talked to a few employees ( who were pretty decent ) and they said the ownership decided to charge extra!
And of course ... they didn't actually put extra mayo on it! which makes it even worse!
is the owner that ignorant of good customer service?
