Every year we visit Leland we try all the local wineries and every single time we are blown away by Verterra's wines and staff and wonder why we wasted time trying wine anywhere else. Their Late Harvest Vignoles and Reserve Red Cab are my fiance's and I's favorites. The prices are very fair, and the staff have always been friendly and personable throughout the years. This is a great little spot in Leland. The Chaos Ciders are very good! They suggested i try mixing their Blackberry with the lemonade and it was awesome. A perfect summer/fall drink! We bought a bunch to bring home. One thing to consider is a better method of serving cider, sometimes they taste as though the cans have been left open in the cooler too long. Thank you

Great wines with a good variety of choices. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and had good suggestions of other places to see in town. I’ll definitely stop in again next time I’m in the area!
