I have dined here in the past and never had issues. I almost walked out because it was 10 minutes before we were acknowledged after being seated. Our waiter apologized once he came over as he was serving outside tables. Overall, his service after that was good and there were no issues until we were settling our bill. Our server confused our bill with a nearby table and so there was a delay in paying our bill. I do recognize errors can happen so I will be back as the food was delicious...
Prices have gone up sharply. Two of us dined there and the price my friend was charged on her bill was two dollars higher than what the menu said. When questioned, the waitress didn't know why and didn't offer to get a manager. We had to ask for the manager and were told by him that the new menus with the price increase hadn't arrived yet, so they were using the old menus but charging the new prices. It is against Michigan law to charge more than the listed price....
We had a wonderful Father's Day dinner, dining on the lovely side patio of the restaurant. We had fresh air, gentle sun, light jazz music playing overhead, that then turned into italian vocals. Our waitress was lovely, prompt with our food & drink- we ordered caprese salad, pasta woozie, and scrumptious chocolate chip bread pudding with vanilla anglaise sauce. Bravo never disappoints. It's one of our most favorite places!
