Subway in Livonia

“I am not used to coming into subways that are of this caliber. The food was immaculently displayed, and as a chef I know what it took for them to stand there at the slicer and let the vegetables fall that way. I had to give them a compliment on their food table presentation in the overall presentation of the whole store. I believe the owner / GM was there and he said that he really strives to run a tight ship. Thank you sir because I'm usually disappointed more often than not with food establishments now. It's like most of them do not care including the managers but this is not the case with you.“

“Managers/owners working the counter were so nice and fast, their cases are full of fresh veggies and meats, it smells like fresh bread when you walk in like a sandwich shop should, clean and tidy, compared to many other subway locations in the area this one will be hard to beat. They take care of their business and you can tell.“

“I was coming here weekly (have not been recently only because the subway app is not giving as generous of coupons). However, the owner is very nice and works hard, and his staff is good as well. They do what they need to do to ensure the food is good and service is above average.“

“They hide fixing your sandwich from you. I ordered a footlong sandwich. He gave me the amount of meat for 6 inch sandwich. He kept saying, "I hope you enjoy your sandwich." I will never go back to that one. Plymouth Rd and Stark Rd.“

“I had lunch there yesterday! This is one of the few locations that still offer a chopped salad. The salad was delicious and the young man that prepared it did an excellent job! The store lobby and counter were clean and orderly. The food was fresh and capped a great lunch experience. Thank you!“

“Efficient employees, english does not appear to be the native language but was able to order multiple visits without issue, pretty standard Subway experience with tables chairs somewhat clean, everything looked fresh this time, drinks have always been available, plenty of parking, wheelchair ramp.“

“Attention owner: your store location can’t be found on the subway app. I noticed your online rack was 100% empty at 12:30. You are losing business. It was missing over a month ago too. The other 5 mile store is the only one on the app. Thought you might want to know.“

“Chad just made me the best sub I've ever had in my life. He took his time and made it BEAUTIFULLY. And not only did it look beautiful but it tasted amazing. Had to go back in and ask for his name so I could let the world know. He absolutely nailed it.“

“Unfortunately didn't catch his name, but June 29th around 2:30 my bf and I visited and got good customer service and he made our sandwiches beautifully, toppings spread evenly- no complaints will be returning . first time in years 100% satisfaction at a subway“
