Subway in Dearborn

“I don’t come here often, but when i do it’s always great. I’ve never had a bad sub or a bad experience here. These people treat their customers with upmost respect and it’s very heart warming. It’s hard to get nice people now a days people are so mean. i was waiting to be helped and this guy came in rushed over and helped me right away at 4:08 pm on july 23. Thank you. I came from a 14 hr shift, i had a really bad headache and i just wanted to eat and sleep. He treated me with respect and if you ever see this i thank you so much and i hope he gets recognized for this review because he truly deserves something. Thank you for making me smile and just being a decent human being to me. You never know what someone’s going through. I rate this place a 10/10 everyone who worked there at that time was amazing. two guys. those two guys were amazing!! i hope you guys see this because just know you made my entire day after a long hard day. i always try to tip 20% or more. These guys deserve tips.“

“I've been wanting to try the Footlong Nachos. I was also told by someone that you couldn't customize them. When I stopped in, the young lady actually OFFERED to customize my nachos for me! The wise man she was working with kept me laughing the whole time I was there! I recommend this location for everyone.“

“Service was professional but the lettuce wasn't any good.It was very watery, ie soggy and the representative had to throw away a pan of lettuce and at least 2 bags of lettuce that had been left on the counter.No sure how this mishap occurred but everything else was ok.“

“I have been to this location 3 days in one week. And every single I came to encounter the Beautiful Friendly Vivacious Domoniece. She was very helpful with such a great personality and so very helpful. I mistook for being the assistant manager. She was the only employee working every encounter. She She advised she had just started working there, I believe she has the potential to be promoted to assistant manager. I am on my way to get lunch there today as well and I hope to be greeted with her great and friendly personality yet again 😊“

“As it can be seen from the pictures, I requested that my 6 inch subs be cut in half. They ignored this request. This is the 2nd Subway to do this, but the first time I'm leaving a review about it. Also, when I place an order online, I expect to walk in, grab my complete order, and walk out. I do not expect to grab my sandwiches from a shelf, walk over to another shelf to grab my chips, then walk over to the fountain drink machine to make my own drink before leaving the store. I would have taken another star for the condition of the restroom, but this Meatball Marinara sub is so good, I'll just leave this at 4 stars.“
